    • It's been a very long time since I have woke up in the morning without stiffness. Last week was the worst that I could not even lift my legs to put on my shoes without radiating pain in my back, hips, and upper thighs. I had my appointment on Friday afternoon. It started with a relaxing massage and then what I feared the most was popping my back. It didn't hurt at all! I woke up for the first time Saturday with no stiffness and no pain. Thank you so much! I only wish I had come to see you sooner.
