Dr. Marcia Raylene C. Wilbur
Dr. Raylene, as her patients call her, was born and raised in Georgia where she attended Georgia State University for her undergraduate studies, then went on to obtain her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, from Life Chiropractic College in 1997. She is licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Georgia Chiropractic Board. She has been practicing in Dacula since 2007 and opened up open her own practice; Campbell Chiropractic in 2011.
Dr. Raylene has now been in the Dacula area for over 18 years where she has raised her two children, Lane and Alexandra, and lives with her husband Phillip. She enjoys being involved in the community where both of her children have played sports and where she volunteers for the special Olympic athletes.
She stays well informed on the latest advances in health care and fitness.

Amanda Medler
Licensed Massage Therapist
Amanda grew up in Richmond Hill, GA. She graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in English. In 2013, Amanda and her husband Jamie moved to Gwinnett County.

In 2014, Amanda graduated from Georgia Massage School as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Amanda worked with Massage Envy from 2014 to 2017. In 2015, Amanda Joined Campbell Chiropractic and became a full time therapist there in 2017. She is trained in Swedish, Neuromuscular, and stretching techniques. Amanda also has a certification in Hot Stone Massage.
Casey Kissel
Licensed Massage Therapist
Casey was born and raised in Gwinnett County. She attended the University of Georgia where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Early childhood Education. For ten years Casey worked as a Childcare director and as a teacher in the states and in the Caribbean. In 2008 she decided to be a stay at home mom to her two daughters, Grace and Anabel.
After returning to Georgia, Casey attended Georgia Massage School graduating in 2014. As a licensed Massage Therapist , she is trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish, Neuromuscular, Sports and Therapeutic Massage. Casey joined Campbell Chiropractic in 2014. She has also worked with the Atlanta Falcons as a contracted LMT since 2014 during the football season.
Casey is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is able to work on patients with impaired lymphatic systems to help with edema injuries, post-surgical and fibromyalgia.
Mitsy D. Mize
Office Manager
Mitsy has been an integral part of the Campbell Chiropractic and Massage team since 2015. She loves being a part of something that impacts people’s lives for the better and works every day to ensure that appointments are scheduled at the most convenient times for the patients and then follows up by filing insurance inquiries, processing claims and helping out wherever needed. She is truly the glue of the team!
Mitsy has lived in Dacula for 22 years, where she lives with her husband Skip. Mitsy’s daughter Tori and son in law Mikie are both currently serving in the United States Army.
